Towfiq Chinoy

Besides his role as the Managing Director of International Steels Limited, Mr. Towfiq Habib Chinoy has been associated with International Industries Limited since 1964. He is also holding the charge of non executive Chairman of New Jubilee Insurance Company, Packages Ltd., International Industries Limited, Pakistan Cables Ltd, IGI Investment Bank Ltd. and HBL Asset Management Ltd.

He is also trustee of Mohatta Palace Gallery Trust and Director of the Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy. Mr. Chinoy has served as the Member of Engineering Development Board, Government of Pakistan, the Advisory Board of Ports and Shipping Sector, Ministry of Communications, Director on Board of Port Qasim Authority, National Refinery Ltd. and Pakistan Business Council. He has held various appointments at the Aga Khan Economics Planning Board and Sultan Mohammad Shah Aga Khan III Foundation School, Karachi.

Mr. Hassan N. Ansari

Zaka Ullah Khan

Mr. Zaka Ullah Khan is an old Ravian with Masters degree in Economics, and MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. He has been associated with International Industries Limited since 1959. At present he is holding charge of Director Marketing for both International Industries Limited and International Steels Limited. He has also served the Company as Head of Electrical Construction Division.

Muhammad Ateequllah

Employed with International Industries Ltd. since 1994. B.E. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, University of Karachi. Attended specialized training courses in France & Japan.

Former Managing Director of Hashoo Steel and Metropolitan Steel Corporation. Began his career with Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works and presently serving International Steels Limited as the Executive Director. Fellow of the Institute of Engineers and Member Pakistan Engineering Council.

Mehdi Hasnain

Mehdi has extensive leadership experience with major manufacturing corporations in Pakistan, North-America and Far-East, recently as Global Director for OEM Quality with American Power Conversion, a fortune five hundred multibillion dollar organization and world brand leader in Data Management Infrastructures and UPS systems.

Mehdi is a BE in Mechanical from NED and MBA in Operations and Finance form Kania School of Management, PA. Previously employed with SEFEC Engineering and SGS in Pakistan and ITT Industries – Automotive, MEMC Semiconductors and APC Schneider in USA, Mehdi is an expert trainer and specialist in lean, operations excellence process reengineering and quality methodologies. Mehdi is also the founding partner and CEO of the first Pakistan based global e-commerce portal ‘Tohfay.com’ and has established the consulting venture AMG International..

Mr. Alee Arsalan

Neelofar Hameed

She has joined the company in Nov 2010, after serving in prestigious organizations like National Investment Trust Ltd, Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and Industrial Development Bank. She has done her BE (Mechanical) from NED University of Engg& Technology, and later diversified to development banking and subsequently acquired certifications of a company secretary. She has extensive experience of working in Development banking, Asset management and corporate sectors, including that to work as a company secretary. She also holds certifications of a Director by PICG/Risk Metrics, USA, along with certifications of a Mediator by CEDR, UK /IFC and a Master Trainer in ADR and has conducted a number of workshops and seminars successfully.

Raheel Ahmed

He is a retired Wing Commander from Pakistan Air Force. He has a MBA from IBA Karachi majoring in Human Resource Management & International Marketing. He is a graduate of PAF Academy Risalpur and Air War College. He has earlier worked in PAF, USAF, Eisenhower Bank Texas USA, Singapore and KICT (HPH) HWL. His areas of interest are Recruitment, Training and Compensation Management. He has conducted a number of foreign trainings in Japan, Hong Kong, USA and Thailand. He is a Visiting Faculty member in few renowned business institutions in Karachi.
